For anyone caring how much traffic this contest generated, this blog is nearing 500,000 rank on Technorati with a Authority of 11.  We are seeing about 30 visitors per day and have just over 20 feed subscribers.  Not a bad start for just two weeks into a arguably niche subject.

And to satisfy the geeks who are curious how I picked the winner, I just asked the computer for 10,000 random numbers from 1 to 24 and too the last one.  Here’s the BASH script that I used.
